Privacy
Privacy is so important when the moment comes and you experience the loss of your hair. Your wig appointment is done in complete privacy and I will give you my special care and attention. You can try on wigs freely, away from the public. Its your time with me and together we can pick the look you want and a style that feels right. Just us. Or – bring your husband, your special friend or a daughter – this is your journey. We’ll make it your private time to find the right wig, just for you.
Pleasant Atmosphere
Debralene’s Customized Wigs feels like a safe haven, a comforting oasis to lift your spirits where you can find normalcy in your beauty once again. Warm colors, soft lights and a friendly experience await you! Relax, have a cup of coffee, a soda or munch on a cookie (believe it or not, my husband makes them!) You can browse the dozens of different styles I have in my salon and find that special look.
Call me for your private appointment. I am open Tuesday through Friday and some Saturdays. I have even arranged with some of my clients to work with them at home or at the hospital. Calls away from my salon are at additional expense.
Color Choice
Getting an exact color match with hair can be tough at best. With your help and my expertise from 30 years of hairstyling, you will have a wig that makes you feel like you again. Colors are so difficult. Not to brag, but it takes skill from years of experience to get the color just right.
I have color strands from all my wig designers – we’ll find the right one that matches the color you have now or we can find a new color and/or a new style to put a little change in your life. A new you!
Custom Cutting
Many wigs are made with more hair than necessary and need to be thinned, trimmed and shaped for that perfect look. This is one of my specialties. With a wig, a mistake is one that can ruin a beautiful look or style. Custom trimming of a synthetic or human hair wig takes a special expertise to give your wig that perfect salon styled look. There is continuous training by the wig designers to improve the skills necessary to make a wig more personalized for you. I do it for many of my customers and clients. Many times, clients come back and want to refresh their look with a little extra trimming. It comes with my services.
Wig Care Education
Knowing how to care for your wig is very important. You’ve made an investment in your looks and maintaining your wig the right way will keep your wig looking fresh and resilient. A badly cared for wig or one that is neglected will lose some of its luster and shine. Let’s preserve that investment the best way. I will train you on how to best take care of your wig:
